Selfish is the biggest keepwine project. The management of the club decided to replace the shooting range with a wine house.
The main task for wine racks was to store as many bottles as possible. We also used a double-glazed window and LED lighting on the shelves to draw the guests' attention to the variety of wines.
Another challenge was to create three different temperature zones. After all, sparkling wines are best stored at a temperature of 5-8°, white wines at 9-12°, and red wines at 13-19°, depending on the color saturation. We divided the three rooms with double-glazed partitions and installed special climate systems to maintain the desired temperature. The systems are using remote control.
